Councilmember __ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-05-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #05-03 (SEALCOAT AND CRACK FILL GORHAM'S SANDY <br />ACRES ESTATES, SECTION 24 (UNPLATTED) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted ResolutiOn #05-02-039 on February 08, 2005, <br />fixing a date for a Council public hearing on the proposed improvement to sealcoat and crack fill <br />Gorham's Sandy Acres Estates, Section 24 (Unplatted), (Improvement Project #05-03) and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held on March 8, 2005, at which time all persons desiring to _be heard were <br />given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed on February 08, 2005. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
