Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-05-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #05-08 (OVERLAY SORTEBERG'S 4TM <br />SORTEBERG'S 5TM ADDITION) <br /> <br />PLANS AND <br />BIDS FOR <br /> ADDITION, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the RamseY City Council adopted Resolution #05-02-044 on February 08, 2005, <br />fixing a date for a Council public hearing on the proposed improvement to overlay Sorteberg's 4th <br />Addition, Sorteberg's 5th Addition, (Improvement Project #05-08) and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the heating was <br />given, and the hearing was held on March 8, 2005, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were <br />given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and <br /> <br />-WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public heating. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed on February 08, 2005. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
