That under no circumstance can the Permit Holder lease the accessory Structure located <br />on the Subject Property to any person(s) that does not reside on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />That the Permit Holder agrees to comply with section 9.11.08 of City Code relating to <br />outside storage of all private-use and commercial vehicles and equipment. <br /> <br />That there shall be no more than three (3) non-resident employees, including partners, <br />whether they are temporary, part-time, or full-time employees, at any given time. <br /> <br />Should the Permit Holder die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be'automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br />the same address, desire to continue the home occUPation, written notice to that effect <br />shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation <br />of the Permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Adequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of <br />the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />l/. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County <br />licenses. <br /> <br />i2. <br /> <br />That tbr this use to continue after this Permit expires, the Permit Holder must apply for a <br />home occupation permit and meet all the required criteria for a home occupation permit, <br />including a maximum of two (2) non-resident employees/business partners. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and <br />enforcement of this Permit. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the fight to inspect' the <br />premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />a~d the l:bllowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and thc lbllowing abstained: <br /> <br />and thc l¥11owing were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the P,.amsey City Council <br />this thc 1.0th day of May, 2005. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #0$-05- <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />-191- <br /> <br /> <br />
