March 14, 2005 <br /> <br />Sylvia Frolik <br />City of Ramsey <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Frolik: <br /> <br />Attached is my Interim Use Permit Application for an outdoor paintball field located <br />directly behind FSL Paintball Arena, 6651 141s~ Avenue, Suite 30. <br /> <br />The field size is approximately 100 ft. x 150 ft. comprised of twenty 20 foot telephone <br />poles placed at 25 foot intervals. The paintball field will be enclosed by industry <br />standard safety compliant 20 foot netting. The interior of the field will utilize inflated' <br />bunkers that will be removed at the close of business each day. <br /> <br />This land is currently being used by the building owner, Tom Sauter for vehicle and soil <br />storage. This tract is not visible from 141" Avenue. <br /> <br />Adequate parking for paintball customers is available'directly behind FSL Paintball <br />Arena. <br /> <br />The outdoor paintball field will be used, weather permitting, during FSL Paintball <br />Arena's normal daylight business hours. <br /> <br />Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. <br /> <br />We would also like to extend an invitation for you to tour our paintball arena.
