Community Development Director Trudgeon stated that the City received a request for an
<br />interim use permit from FSL Paintball Arena to establish an outdoor paintball course on the
<br />property located at 6651 141s~ Avenue NW. He indicated FSL Paintball Arena currently operates
<br />an indoor paintball facility in the multi-tenant building and would like to offer their clients the
<br />opportunity to play on an outdoor paintball field.

<br /> currently being used for commercial vehicle storage. He stated 1/e felt it would not make an
<br /> impact on the neighborhood since it is an industrial' area, adding that the reason he. decided to put
