He indicated the preliminary plat shows a net density of [3.71 units per net acre. He added the TC-4b District allows for townhomes and condom iniums. Commtmity Development Director Trudgeon stated the preliminary plat shows the residential units c()ntained in 12 separate buildings, and shows a combination of public and private streets.
