Chairperson Nixt noted that given the recommendation on the preliminary plat for denial, he would open the public hearing, however he believes the Planning Commission will' be recommending denial Chairperson Nixt opened the public hearing at 10:08 p.m. Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Brauer to close Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Shepherd, 'Van Scoy, and Watson. Voting No: None.
