AMENDMENT <br /> <br />ri'he ~ollowing legallY described property is hereby rezoned from R-1 Residential to Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD): <br /> <br />All that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, <br />township 32, Range 25, lying east of the easterly right-of-way of County State Aid <br />Highway No.5, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "S ubj ect Property") <br /> <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br /> <br />The City is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey <br />Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to SectiOn 9.20.04 of the City Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
