Olson, Assistant Public Works Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Improvement Project #05-22 consists of bituminous surfacing, drainage improvements, sanitary <br />sewer, watennain and miscellaneous improvements to segments of Zeolite Street, Civic Center <br />[)rive and Sapphire Street which are located south of Sunwood Drive. Authorization to advertise <br />tot bids was ordered on April 12, 2005, and bids were opened onFriday, May 6, 2005. As part of <br />the Master Development Agreement for the Ramsey Town Center, this is a portion of the City <br />Phase 2 Construction that will be partially assessed to the RTC. <br /> <br />Scwm (7) bids were received and ranged from $562,096.80 to $741,261.95.
