The StMT Update was noted. <br /> <br />Com~nissioner Brauer indicated he likes the interim policy on comprehensive plan amendments; <br />ii is what he has been pushing to have, and he thinks it meets a lot o£the concerns he has voiced. <br /> <br />Commissioner Van Scoy agreed, stating it leaves little question on therdirection the City Council <br />wants to take on development. <br /> <br />Chai rperson Nixt stated there was concern that the Planning Commission was undertaking policy <br />considerations that were outside their scope of responsibility, and this does help guide that, but <br />hc still has concerns that they need to move quickly with a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, <br />and need to be cautious how they proceed in the interim. <br /> <br />Councilmember Pearson stated he believes the Metropolitan Council advice they received was <br />that they need to take these on a one-by-one basis until the City has a new Comprehensive Plan <br />dOllC. <br /> <br />Case #11 Zoning Bulletin <br /> <br />The Zoning Bulletin was noted. <br /> <br />OTHER COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Mot/on by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Brauer to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
