Mayor Gamec asked if the burning ban is still in effect. Public Works Director Kapler responded <br />in thc affirmative. <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman reported he and Jim Lasher met with Northstar staff this afternoon, <br />and have been invited to submit a formal request letter for the Ramsey station location. There <br />will not be a presentation until June, but staff would like to get the letter submitted to get on the <br />Northstar agenda. Staff would like to draft the letter and bring it back for Council ratification. <br /> <br />2) Council Announcements <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec mmounced the City received a letter from the National Arbor Day Foundation <br />congratulating Ramsey on being named as a 2004 Tree City.
