Motion by Commissioner Woestehoff, seconded by Commissioner Peters, to recommend that <br /> City Council adopt Ordinance #20-10 amending City Code Section 117-111 related to side yard <br /> setbacks within the R-1 Residential District. <br /> A roll call vote was performed: <br /> Commissioner Peters aye <br /> Commissioner Woestehoff aye <br /> Chairperson Bauer aye <br /> Commissioner Johnson aye <br /> Commissioner Anderson aye <br /> Commissioner Gengler aye <br /> Commissioner VanScoy nay <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> 8. COMMISSION/STAFF INPUT <br /> 8.01: Receive Staff Update <br /> Deputy City Administrator Gladhill stated that filing has closed for Council seat elections. He <br /> noted that the list of candidates will be forwarded to the Commission. He noted that a primary is <br /> not required as all four seats only have two candidates. <br /> Chairperson Bauer encouraged any residents that have not yet filled out the 2020 census to do so. <br /> He noted that the preliminary results were released and Ramsey was the second fastest growing <br /> community from 2010 to 2020. <br /> 9.
