Citizen Input <br /> No comments. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Woestehoff, seconded by Commissioner Johnson, to close the public <br /> hearing. <br /> A roll call vote was performed: <br /> Commissioner Woestehoff aye <br /> Commissioner Anderson aye <br /> Commissioner Johnson aye <br /> Commissioner VanScoy aye <br /> Commissioner Gengler aye <br /> Chairperson Bauer aye <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Chairperson Bauer closed the public hearing closed at 7:06 p.m. <br /> Commission Business <br /> Motion by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Woestehoff, to recommend that <br /> City Council adopt Resolution#20-002 Approving the Preliminary Plat for Garden View. <br /> Further discussion <br /> Senior Planner McGuire Brigl commented that the property line on the western boundary juts out <br /> because of a right-of-way vacation that will be attached to the City Council case. Councilmember <br /> Musgrove referenced a comment related to the mill and overlay of 147th and asked if it is the <br /> recommendation of staff that the improvement would be needed and whether that would be a cost <br /> of the developer. Senior Planner McGuire Brigl stated that is an engineering comment to the <br /> developer based on the current condition of the roadway.
