Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #20-176 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND AUTHORIZING REQUESTS FOR QUOTES <br />FOR 5751 164TH LANE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />#19-17 <br />WHEREAS, drainage improvements are needed to prevent stormwater runoff from <br />leaving the public drainage ditch north of 164th Lane and flowing across the private property at <br />5751 156th Lane NW before discharging into the pond on the north side of said property; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed drainage improvements are contained within the public right- <br />of-way for 164th Lane and will prevent stormwater runoff from flowing across said private <br />property; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer prepared plans for the purpose of soliciting quotes for <br />the same improvements. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves the plans as prepared by the City Engineer for <br />the making of such improvements, and authorizes the solicitation of Requests for Quotes <br />for the same improvements as City Improvement Project #19-17. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />RESOLUTION #20-176 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
