Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #20-180 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR GARDEN VIEW <br />WHEREAS, DC Ramsey, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer," properly applied for Final <br />Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot E and Outlot D, Town Center Gardens 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an Application for Final Plat Approval for Garden View, <br />which includes eighteen (18) residential lots; and <br />WHEREAS, the Subject Property is located in the R-2 Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has proposed 50 foot -wide lots consistent with the requirements of <br />the R-2 Residential (Detached Villa) District requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on June 4, 2020; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met and held a public hearing for the Preliminary Plat on <br />July 9, 2020 and recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat on July 28, 2020; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat on August 25, 2020. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat and development agreement approval for <br />Garden View in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br />a. Compliance with the Staff Review Letters. <br />b. Compliance with all Staff Review Comments in ProjectDox. <br />c. Final approval by City Engineer and City Attorney. <br />d. The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />e. Approved wetland delineation and 16.5 foot setback encumbered by easement. <br />f. Adopted and executed ordinance vacating related street right-of-way. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />RESOLUTION #20-180 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
