<br />Councilmember Menth introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #20-177 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND AUTHORIZING REQUESTS FOR QUOTES <br />FOR 9591 INVERNESS LANE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT #20-08 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />drainage improvements are needed to improve drainage in the ditch east of <br />Jarvis Street on both sides of its intersection with Inverness Lane to provide positive drainage for <br />the drainage swale conveying stormwater runoff through the rear yard of the private property at <br />9591 Inverness Lane NW; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the proposed drainage improvements are contained within the public right- <br />of-way for Jarvis Street and will provide positive drainage for the drainage swale conveying <br />stormwater runoff through the rear yard of said private property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the City Engineer prepared plans for the purpose of soliciting quotes for the <br />same improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves the plans as prepared by the City Engineer for <br />the making of such improvements, and authorizes the solicitation of Requests for Quotes <br />for the same improvements as City Improvement Project #20-08. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Menth <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
