SUMMARY <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #20-17 has been approved by the City Council of the City of <br />Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br />Ordinance #20-17 amends Section 117-111 of the City Code to allow event centers on residentially zoned <br />properties of ten acres or greater via a Conditional Use Permit. <br />SECTION 4.
