9. Re -Platting of Property: Buyer will re -plat the property into 2 tax parcels with cooperation of the <br />seller. The buyer will be buying Parcel A (See Exhibit A). <br />10. Assignability: This purchase agreement is assignable to another individual or entity. <br />11. Property Access: Buyer and Java Properties shall have access to the premise between acceptance <br />and closing with a twenty-four hour notice to seller. <br />12. Extension of Purchase Agreement: Buyer can extend purchase agreement three times for 60 days <br />per extension with written notice to seller. <br />13.
