Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #20-122 RESOLUTION APPROVING PARCEL SPLIT AND FINAL PLAT FOR ALPHA DEVELOPMENT 2ND ADDITION AND PUMA STREET REALIGNMENT PROJECT WHEREAS, Riverstone Development LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for a Parcel Split and Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot H, Riverstone, Anoka County, Minnesota; and Outlot C, Alpha Development, Anoka County, Minnesota; and the East 40.00 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County Minnesota, Lying southerly of the southerly right of way line of Alpine Drive NW per Document No 756629; and the North 40.00 feet of the South 100.00 feet of the West 40.00 feet of the East 80.00 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range 35, Anoka County, Minnesota. (the `Subject Property'); WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Parcel Split for parts of existing Puma Street NW; and WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Final Plat for the realignment of Puma Street NW and Outlot A and Outlot B of existing Outlot C, Alpha Development; and WHEREAS, the Parcel Split and Final Plat shall be contingent upon vacation of the underlying right of way and drainage and utility easements; and WHEREAS, the Parcel Split and Final Plat are necessary for the realignment of Puma Street NW with Alpine Drive NW. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Final Plat approval for Alpha Development 2nd Addition. 2. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants a Parcel Split for the Existing Western Half of Puma Street (generally) into Parcel A and Parcel B 3. Approval of Legal Form by City Attorney 4. Approval Contingent upon Adoption of Related Ordinance for Drainage and Utility Vacation and Right of Way Vacation The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
