Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #20-122 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARCEL SPLIT AND <br />FINAL PLAT FOR ALPHA DEVELOPMENT 2ND ADDITION <br />AND PUMA STREET REALIGNMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, Riverstone Development LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for a <br />Parcel Split and Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot H, Riverstone, Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br />Outlot C, Alpha Development, Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br />the East 40.00 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County Minnesota, Lying southerly of the southerly right of way line of Alpine Drive <br />NW per Document No 756629; and <br />the North 40.00 feet of the South 100.00 feet of the West 40.00 feet of the East 80.00 feet of the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range 35, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Parcel Split for parts of existing Puma Street NW; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Final Plat for the realignment of Puma Street NW and Outlot <br />A and Outlot B of existing Outlot C, Alpha Development; and <br />WHEREAS, the Parcel Split and Final Plat shall be contingent upon vacation of the underlying right of <br />way and drainage and utility easements; and <br />WHEREAS, the Parcel Split and Final Plat are necessary for the realignment of Puma Street NW with <br />Alpine Drive NW. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Final Plat approval for Alpha Development 2nd Addition. <br />2. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants a Parcel Split for the Existing Western Half of Puma Street <br />(generally) into Parcel A and Parcel B <br />3. Approval of Legal Form by City Attorney <br />4. Approval Contingent upon Adoption of Related Ordinance for Drainage and Utility Vacation and Right <br />of Way Vacation <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />
