ORDINANCE #20-14 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING UNDERLYING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS AND EXISTING RIGHT OF WAY RELATED TO PUMA STREET REALIGNMENT PROJECT SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.6 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described right of way, as indicated in Exhibit A attached, are hereby vacated, to - wit: That part of Puma Street NW, as created an dedicated in the plat of Alpha Development, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the westerly extension of the North line of Outlot C, said plat, and lying northerly of the westerly extension of the South line of said Outlot C and That part of the East 40.00 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the southerly right of way line of Alpine Drive NW per Doc. No 756629 and lying northerly of the easterly extension of the North right of way line of 152nd Avenue NW, as created and dedicated in the plat of Riverstone 4th Addition. The following described drainage and utility easements, as indicated in Exhibit B attached, are hereby vacated, to -wit: All of the drainage and utility easements, lying over, under, and across, Outlot C, as created and dedicated in the plat of Alpha Development, Anoka County, Minnesota. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.04. 1
