The <br />I loy Scouts were in attendance to earn the Citizenship in Community Merit Badge. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION: LIVABLE COMMUNITIES GRANT BY METROPOLITAN <br />CO UNC! L REPRESENTATIVE NATALIE HAAS STEFFEN <br /> <br />Moved in the agenda to follow the Citizen Input. <br />i'R'ESENTATION: ANNUAL STATE OF THE CITY REPORT <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec presented the annual State of the City Report. He stated the current Ramsey <br />population is about 23,000. The growth in the last few years has been important to the tax base, <br />and there have not been large tax increases in the City. The growth has helped provide services <br />to the citizens with their taxes remaining one of the lowest in a city of their size. After the <br />election ~t' last fall he as Mayor and Councilmember Strommen returned to office, and <br />Council members Olson and Jeffrey joined the Council.
