Absent: Commissioner Brauer. <br /> <br />Case <br /> <br />Request for Sketch Plan Approval of Ramsey Town Center 7th Addition; <br />Case of Ramsey Town Center, LLC <br /> <br />Asst. Community Development Director Frolik advised that Ramsey Town Center, LLC has <br />submittcd a s ketch plan to develop 152 townhomes on 12.6 acres contained in portions of Outlots <br />[ J and B of Ramsey Town Center Addition. She indicated the proposed development is located <br />south oI' Bunker Lake Boulevard, east and west of Rhinestone Street NW. <br /> <br />As~;t. C,m~munity Development Director Frolik explained the subject property is currently zoned <br />Town Center-4b Neighborhood District. She indicated this district allows for residential uses at <br />;t net density of up to 15 units per acre. She stated the sketch plan shows a gross density of 12.6 <br />m~its [)ct-acre. <br /> <br />Asst. Community Development Director Frolik stated the sketch plan shows 152 townhomes; <br />1~)8 2-st()~y units in 20 separate buildings, and 44 back to back 2-story units in 7 separate <br />buildings. <br /> <br />Asst. Community Development Director Frolik advised the sketch plan shows a combination of <br />public m~d private streets.
