CASE #~. <br /> <br />SIDEWALK REPAIRS IN THE PONDS SUBDIVISION <br /> By: Steven Jankowski, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At thc April 19, 2005 Public Works Committee meeting staff presented the Commitiee <br />with at recommendation to repair a number of broken and substandard driveway sidewalk <br />pieces located in The Ponds subdivision. At that meeting the Committee made .a <br />recommendation that staff be authorized to the repair of deficient sidewalks within The <br />Ponds subdivision and that all remaining escrow funds from developer be retained to pay <br />fbr existing and future repair work. On May 5th the developer of this subdivision held a <br />meeting with City staff and requested that this recommendation be reconsidered.
