Final plans and specifications for construction <br />of the traffic control signal work provided in Paragraph 3 'will <br />have County approval prior to award of construction contract by <br />the State. Said County approval will be evidenced by signature <br />of the County Engineer in the designated space therefore on the <br />original plan. <br /> 12.
