Rd. 5) <br />Dear Mr. Jankowski: <br />(651)296-0969 <br />M.S. 682 <br />Enclosed is a fully executed copy of the referenced agreement between the State of <br />Minnesota, Department of Transportation and Anoka County, the City of Anoka and the <br />City of Ramsey covering the cost, maintenance and operation of the new and revised <br />Traffic Control Signals and EVP Systems. <br />A construction contract was awarded to North Valley Inc. for the work provided for in <br />the referenced agreement. Computed as set forth in Paragraph No. 3d of the agreement, <br />the City of Ramsey's share is 25% of $6,195.00 (bid price) for $1,548.75 plus $123.90 <br />(8% E & I) for a total amount of $1,672.65.
