Many of you may have participated in online webinars and open houses on this topic. The <br />City has now received an official Application from Capstone Homes for the first of three (3) major steps. The project <br />is still in concept stages of planning and review. The City has put up a resource page for the project at <br />www.cityoframsey.com/769/Riverstone-South. <br />The City strives for a more collaborative public engagement process and involving residents much earlier in the <br />decision making process. Please note that if the project moves forward, there will be additional opportunities for <br />public comment, including the official public hearing at a future date. In the meantime, the City Council will be <br />reviewing the attached concept plan at their meeting on Tuesday, September 8 at 7:00 p.m. Please check <br />www.cityoframsey.com/agendas for the most up to date information. <br />We value your input in this important neighborhood decision.
