Councilmember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-03-071 <br /> <br />RESOI,IJTION APPROVING CASH DISBURSEMENTS MADE AND AUTHORIZING <br />PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INVOICING RECEIVED DURING THE <br />PERIOI) OF FEBRUARY 12, 2005 THROUGH FEBRUARY 25, 2005. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, thc City of Ramsey Finance Department has made cash disbursements and <br />received accounts payable invoicing during the period of February 12, 2005 through February 25, <br />2005, i~ thc amount of $729,090.53; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey is required to authorize payment for <br />all disbursement transactions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the cash disbursements made and <br />attthorizes payment of the accounts payable invoices as detailed in the attached Bills List <br />fi)r the period February 12, 2005, through February 25, 2005 in the amount of <br />$729,090.53. <br /> <br />Thc motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Elvi g~ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Olson <br />('ouncilmember Pearson <br />(~ouncilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and thc following voted against the same: <br /> <br />~olle <br /> <br />thc Ibllowing abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and thc fi~llowing were absent: <br /> <br />('~ouncilmember Jeffrey <br /> <br /> <br />
