We encourage
voters whom have requested a ballot by mail to wait at least 10 days to receive their ballot before
coming to vote in-person. If voters come to City Hall to vote in-person after requesting a mailed
ballot, the process to spoil the mailed ballot is somewhat cumbersome and creates a delay in
assisting other voters. We appreciate your patience. Staff expects the number of in-person
absentee voters to far surpass previous years.

Fall Recycling Day Event:
Saturday, September 26, 2020, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Because our maintenance staff were able to do the
work themselves, the additional cost was less than $1,000. This
improvement will help tremendously with better voter traffic flow
through the building and improve our pandemic precautions. In
addition, the new sidewalk will be a valuable addition to park
visitors for years to come. This project has been on the "to do"
list for a while, and the election was good reason to move it up on
the list. Thank you to our public works staff for the excellent
work. Well done!

The Anoka County License Center
, located in the Ramsey Municipal Center, is currently open
by appointment only.
