The <br />,.zo]~ditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for a glass and mirror businesses to operate within an <br />accessory structure that is located on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />'['hat thc Permit Holder is allowed 3 non-resident employees. Notification must be given <br />to the City if the Permit Holder will utilize non-resident employees. <br /> <br />That the established business hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm. <br /> <br />That the nmnber of vehicular traffic trips per day cannot exceed two trips per hour per <br />standard eight hour business day and vehicular traffic trips include deliveries, customer, <br />and employee trips. <br /> <br />'Fhat under no circumstance can the Permit Holder lease the accessory structure located <br /> the Subject Property to any person(s) that does not reside on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />'lhat under no circumstance can the Permit Holder subdivide the Subject Property to <br />create a situation that results in the detached accessory structure being located on a <br />separate parcel fi'om the principal dwelling. <br /> <br />That thc Pcrmit Holder agrees to comply with section 9.11.10 of City Code relating to <br />outside storage of vehicles and equipment. <br /> <br />That thc Permit Holder may erect one businesses sign at the access point to the Subject <br />l'ropcrty from Nowthen Blvd NW. This sign must be located outside of the public street <br />right-of-way and shall not be larger than 2 feet by 3 in area, and shall not exceed 6 feet in <br />height. <br /> <br />Should the Permit Holder die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br />thc same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect <br />shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation <br />ol'the Permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />i0. <br /> <br />Adequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of <br />~hc Permit t/older. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-06-161 <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
