Community <br />Application Form <br />& <br />Model Resolution <br />Any political subdivision (city, township, or county) in Minnesota that supports and <br />commits to promote the availability of telecommuting options is eligible for the <br />Telecommuter Forward!Community Certification and may apply through the Office of <br />BroadbandDevelopment. The political subdivision must demonstrate compliance with <br />the statutory requirements under Minn. Stat. <br />§ 116J.9923.
