reconstruct a portion of Variolite Street in the future by extending trunk sanitary sewer 160 linear <br />feet to the north, and will allow for the connection to City sewer and water services as requested <br />by the residents at 7600 163rd Lane NW; and <br />WHEREAS, as of September 22nd, 2020 $74,412.79 has been paid to date; and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineer Technician IV has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends authorizing partial payment #2 to Park Construction Company for Improvement <br />Project #20-01, Variolite Street Reconstruction, in the amount of $496,889.42. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The City Council authorizes partial payment #2 to Park Construction Company for <br />Improvement Proj ect #20-01, Variolite Street Reconstruction, in the amount of <br />$496,889.42. <br />2) The City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release <br />from for payment. <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the date of September 22, 2020. <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be given a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Resolution #20-207 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
