The survey will include enough additional data to identify drainage pathways on the <br />south side of the roadway for the area shown on the attached figure provided by the City. <br />Bolton & Menk will complete the following survey related tasks associated with the project: <br />• Tie into local vertical control in the vicinity and set new control points at the site, <br />• Submit a GSOC ticket, <br />• Complete the topographical survey, <br />• Process the topographical data, and <br />• Deliver an AutoCAD file of survey to the City. <br />We have made the following assumptions in preparing this proposal: <br />• Right of way will not be required, <br />• Stand -Alone Trees will be surveyed and tree clusters will be outlined, and <br />• The City will accept an AutoCAD drawing containing the following information: <br />o Points of every survey shot, <br />o 3D lines representing the site features, <br />o Text labels clarifying any ambiguous features, and <br />o Surface (contours) of the area surveyed. <br />All work will be completed for a Not -to -Exceed amount of $750.
