WHEREAS, the quote of Dryden Excavating, Inc. of Nowthen, Minnesota, in the <br />amount of $53,058.77 is in accordance with the approved Request for Quotes and their quote <br />shall be and hereby is accepted. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with said bidder for the construction of said improvements for and on behalf of <br />the City of Ramsey. <br />2) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to accept the <br />proposal of Bolton & Menk, Inc. to stake construction of said improvements in an amount <br />not to exceed $1,520 for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 22nd day of September, 2020. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #20-215 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
