We have reviewed the August 21, 2020 plans for the project and developed our <br />scope and fee based on that document. <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Bolton & Menk will complete the following survey related tasks associated with the project: <br />• Establish Horizontal and Vertical Control; <br />• Create Stakeout Files; <br />• Stake Grading; <br />• Stake Storm Sewer; and <br />• Stake Curb and Gutter; <br />ASSUMPTIONS <br />We have made the following assumptions in preparing this proposal: <br />• Data will be provided to us electronically (AutoCAD files). <br />• No allowance is included for attending the precon meeting or staking removals or right-of-way. <br />• No allowance is included for taking asbuilt measurements. <br />• Replacing damaged or removed stakes is not included in our base fee. <br />• No additional fees for stakes, mileage, equipment, etc. will be invoiced to the City, but are <br />included in our hourly rates. <br />• Additional services, if required, will be performed at the rates presented in the Proposed Fees <br />section of this proposal. <br />C:\Users\kevinki\Desktop\Ramsey 2020 Construction Staking\RAMS - CIP 20-08 9591 Inverness Lane - Staking Proposal .docx <br />Bolton 8 Menk is an equal opportunity employer. <br />
