Councilmember <br />Musgrove stated that she would have difficulty supporting this because of the proximity to CR 5 <br />and the issues with traffic. She stated that she would prefer to have two turn lanes funded by the <br />developer and therefore would not support this motion. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Riley, Kuzma, and Menth. <br />Voting No: Councilmembers Heinrich, Musgrove, and Specht. <br />
