Section 5.08 Parties and Interest. All the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall be binding upon on and inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the successors in interest of the respective parties hereto. Section 5.09 Further Instrument. Each of the parties hereto will as the other party may request, without the cost or expense to the party 'so requesting, execute and deliver or cause party, be executed and delivered to such other p y, such further instruments and will take such other action as maybe reasonablyrequired to more effectively consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Section 5.10 Captions. The captions appearing at the commencement of the articles and sections hereof, are inserted for convenience of reference only and shall not constitute a part of this Agreement. Section 5.11 Exhibits.
