CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 09/22/2020 <br />Submitted For: Chloe McGuire Brigl, Community Development <br />By: Eric Maass, Community Development <br />Information <br />7.5. <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #20-212 Approving Final Plat and Development Agreement for Preserve at Northfork; Case of <br />Preserve at Northfork, LLC <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this case is to consider the Final Plat and Development Agreement for the Preserve at Northfork <br />residential development project. The Preliminary Plat for this project has been approved and the next step in the <br />development process is review and approval of the Final Plat as well as a development agreement between the City <br />and the Applicant. <br />Notification: <br />No notification is required as a result of this application. Notice and a public hearing were sent and held during the <br />preliminary plat stage of the development as required by City ordinance. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Staff has reviewed the submitted Final Plat and found it to be consistent with the previously approved Preliminary <br />Plat. The plans submitted have been reviewed by the City's engineering department and the Applicant and City <br />Staff continue to work through some construction details but Staff is comfortable with bringing the request forward <br />with approvals contingent upon approval of final construction plans by the City Engineer. <br />Alternatives <br />Alternative 1: Adopt Resolution #20-212 approving the final plat and development agreement for Preserve at <br />Northfork. The Final Plat as submitted is consistent with the previously approved Preliminary Plat and the <br />development agreement is the City's standard development agreement. <br />Alternative 2: Do not adopt Resolution #20-212 approving the final plat and development agreement for Preserve at <br />Northfork. If not recommending approval, the City Council should provide clear direction to Staff regarding <br />changes necessary to the final plat and/or development agreement. <br />Funding Source: <br />Costs associated with this application are the responsibility of the Applicant. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends adoption of Resolution #20-212 Approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement for <br />Preserve at Northfork. <br />Action: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #20-212 Approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement for Preserve at <br />Northfork. <br />Attachments <br />
