NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br />with said bidder for the construction of said improvements for and on behalf of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />2) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to accept the proposal <br />of Bolton & Menk, Inc. to stake construction of said improvements in an amount not to <br />exceed $750 for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />That the motion for the adoption of the forgoing resolution was duty seconded by <br />Councilmember Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br /> Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Menth <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />nd <br />this the 22 day of September, 2020. <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION #20-214 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
