<br />Senior Planner McGuire Brigl presented the staff report stating that staff recommends approval of <br />the project and adoption of Resolution #20-187. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />Marlon Glines, Riverside Development, stated that he was present to address any questions. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Gengler, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was performed: <br /> <br />Commissioner Johnson aye <br />Commissioner Woestehoff aye <br />Commissioner Gengler aye <br />Commissioner Peters aye <br />Commissioner Anderson aye <br />Commissioner VanScoy aye <br />Chairperson Bauer aye <br /> <br />Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Chairperson Bauer closed the public hearing closed at 7:07 p.m. <br /> <br />Commission Business <br /> <br />Councilmember Musgrove stated that she visited the property and thanked the developer for <br />working with the earlier comments to reduce the number of homes from four to three.
