Staff is open to modifications to the proposed ordinance amendments and Conditional <br />Use Permit. Staff notes that if the ordinance amendment and Conditional Use Permit are approved, <br />the applicant would still be required to work with the Fire Marshal and Building Official to receive <br /> <br />Planning Commission/ September 3, 2020 <br />Page 5 of 15 <br /> <br />
