84 <br /> <br /> I. agreements or contracts for un/ts of a short-term investment fund <br />established and administered pursuant to regulation 9 of the Office of the Comptroller of <br />the Currency, in which investments are restricted to securities described in Minnesota <br />Statutes, Sections 118A.04 and 118A.05; <br /> <br /> J. agreements or contracts for shares of an investment company which is <br />registered under the Federal Investment Company Act of 1940 and which holds itself out <br />as a money market fund meeting the conditions of rule 2a-7 of the Securities and <br />Exchange Commission and [s rated in one of the two highest rating categories for money <br />market funds by at least one nationally recognized statistical rating organization; or <br /> <br /> K. agreements or contracts for Shares of an investment company which ~s <br />registered under the Federal Investment Company Act of 1940, and whose shares are <br />registered under the Federal Secmrfies Act of 1933, as long as the ii, vestment company's <br />fund receives the highest credit rating and' is rated in one of the two highest risk rating <br />categories by at least one nationally recognized statistical rating organization and is <br />invested in financial instruments with a final maturity no longer than 13 months. <br /> <br /> Rebate Expert: Bond Counsel or any other person experienced in matters relating to <br />compliance with the rebate requirements under Section 148(0 of the Code, selected by the Issuer <br />arid acceptable to the Trustee. <br /> <br />Rebate Fund: any "Rebate Fund" created by the Trustee under Section 6.07. <br /> <br />Regular Record Date: the meaning given that term in Section 2.01. <br /> <br />Rental Payments: rental payments payable by the City under Article V of the Lease. <br /> <br /> Representation Letter: means such letter of representations to DTC or other <br />documentation required by DTC as a condition to its acting as book-entry depository for the <br />Bonds together with any replacement thereof or amendment or supplement thereto (and <br />including any structured procedures or policies referenced therein or applicable thereto) <br />respecting the procedures and other matters relating to DTC's role as book-entry depository for <br />the Bonds. <br /> <br />Reserve Fund: the Reserve Fund created under Section 5.03. <br /> <br /> Reserve Requirement: the amounl(s) required pursuant to Section 5.03 as the Reserve <br />Requirement to secure payment of the Series 2005A Bonds. <br /> <br /> _Responsible Officer: the chairman of~e board of directors, the Chair, every vice Chair, <br />every assistant vice Chair, the cashier, every assistant cashier, every corporate trust officer, and <br />every officer and assistant officer of the Trustee.to whom any corporate trust matter is referred <br />because of their knowledge of, and familiarity with, a particular subject. <br /> <br /> Series 2005A Bonds: the $1. 9,200,000 Public Project Lease Revenue Bonds;.
