ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The City of Ramsey Economic Development Authority (EDA) conducted a regular meeting on <br />May 24, 2005, at Ramsey City Hall, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Members Absent: <br />Also Present: <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />David Elvig <br />Keith Kiefer <br />John LeTourneau <br />Chris Riley <br />Jim Steffen <br />Sarah Strommen <br />Jim Gromberg <br />Heidi Nelson, Assistant City Administrator <br />Diana Lund, Finance Officer <br />Sean Sullivan, Economic Development/TIF Specialist <br />Paul Donna, Financial Consultant <br />Mike Mulrooney, Economic Development Consultant <br />Mary Ippel, Bond Counsel, Briggs and Morgan <br />Chairperson Riley called the regular Economic Development Authority meeting to order at 7:33 <br />a.m. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Member Steffen, seconded by Member Kiefer, to approve the agenda. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Riley, Members Steffen, Kiefer, Elvig, Kiefer, <br />LeTourneau, and Strommen. Voting No: None. Absent: Member Gromberg. <br />Chairperson Riley noted the next meeting EDA meeting is scheduled in two weeks.
