Tenant shall have the option to prepay <br />on_ December 15, 2014, or any date thereafter a portidn of any Rental Payment selected by the <br />Temmt and scheduled to become due under the Lease. The Tenant shall also have the option to <br />provide for the payment or prepayment, in increments of a portion of Renta! Payments scheduled <br />to become due under the Lease by depositing in escrow with the Trustee sufficient funds for that <br />purpose, in the manner and subject to the conditions set forth in Section I0.4 as if(a) those <br />Rent;~_l Payments to be paid or prepaid were the only Rental Payments then scheduled to become <br />d~e under the Lease and (b) any of the Rental Payments to be prepaid were the Purchase Option <br />[~rice. <br /> <br /> Section 10.6. Exercise of Partial Prepayment or Defeasance Option. Tenant shall' give <br />noticr: to Landlord and Trustee of its intention to exercise its option to partially prepay Rental <br />P~tyments or defease its Rental Payment Obligations, in whole or part, as provided in Sections <br />10.4 m~d 10.5.
