ARTICLE XIII <br /> <br />ADIVLINIS TRATIVE PROVISIONS <br /> <br /> Section 13. I. Notices. All notices, certificates, legal opinions or other communications <br />hereunder shall be sufficiently given and shall be deemed given if hand-delivered or if <br />telecopied, with a copy to be sent by first class U.S. mail, to the addresses specified in Section <br />13.07 of the Indenture; provided that Landlord and Tenant, by notice given hereunder, may <br />designate different addresses to which subsequent notices, certificates, legal opinions or other <br />communications will be sent. <br /> <br /> Section 13.2. Financial Information. Tenant shall annually provide Landlord with <br />current financial statements and budgets, and such other financial informa~_i0n relating to the <br />ability of Tenant to continue this Lease as may be requested by Landlord. <br /> <br /> Section i3.3. Binding Effect. This Lease shall inure to the benefit of and shall be <br />binding upon Landlord and Tenant and their'respective successors and assigns. <br /> <br /> Section I3.4. SeverabiliW. In the event any provision of this Lease shall be held invalid <br />or unenforceable by any court of competent jur/sdiction, such holding shall not invalidate or' <br />render unenforceable any 6ther provision hereof. <br /> <br /> Section 13.5. Amendments~ Chang_es and Modifications. This Lease may be amended <br />or any of its terms modified 0nly by written document duly authorized, executed and delivered <br />by Landlord and Tenant. · <br /> <br /> · Section 13.6. Captions. The Captions or headings in the Lease are for convenience only <br />and in no way define, limit or describe the scope or intent of any provision, ArticIe, Section or <br />Clause of this Lease. <br /> <br /> Section 13.7. Further Assurances and.Corrective Instruments. Landlord and Tenant <br />agree that they will, from time to time,' execute, acknowledge and deliver, or cause to be <br />executed, acknowledged and delivered, such supplements hereto and such further instruments as <br />may reasonably be required for correcting any'inadequate or incorrect description of thc Project <br />hereby leased or intended so to be, or for otherwise carrying out the expressed intention of this <br />Lease. <br /> <br /> Section 13.8. Execution In Counterparts-; This Lease may be simultaneously executed in <br />several counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which shall constitute but one <br />and the same instrument. <br /> <br /> Section 13.9.
