Extract of Minutes of a Meeting of the <br /> City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br /> <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Ramsey, Mi~mesota, was duly held at the City Hall in Ramsey, Minnesota on the 24th day of <br />May, 2005, at~ o'clock P.M. <br /> <br /> The following Councilmembers were present: <br /> <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> During said meeting Councilmembers introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION RECITING A PROPOSAL FOR AN <br /> INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT, TAKING <br /> OFFICIAL ACTION WITH RESPECT THERETO <br /> INDICATING PRELIMINARY INTENT TO ASSIST <br /> THE FINANCING OF THE PROJECT PURSUANT TO <br /> THE MINNESOTA MUNICIPAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT <br /> AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROJECT <br /> (KILKENNY, LLC/SIGN-ZONE PROJECT) <br /> <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> <br />Councilmember , and after full discussion thereof and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br /> 1770833vl <br />-100- <br /> <br /> <br />
