Chairperson Nixt noted that given the recommendation on the preliminary plat for denial, he <br />would open thc public hearing, however he believes the Planning Commission will be <br />recommending denial. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt opec:ed thc public hearing at 10:08 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairpersor~ Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Brauer to close the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
