ORDINANCE #05- <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AzMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />SECTION 1. 'AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from R-1 Residential to Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD): <br /> <br />All that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, <br />township 32, Range 25, lying east of the easterly right-of-way of County State Aid <br />Highway No.5, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br /> <br />The City is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey <br />Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
