Observations Continued: <br /> <br />On May t0, 2005, the City Council reviewed and tabled action on the plat and site plan due to <br />unresolved issues related to Potassium Street. The City Council directed .staff to attempt to contact the <br />property owners affected by the acquisition of right-of-way to upgrade Potassium Street. The property <br />owners are Terry and bvlary Lamont, David and Jean Mott, and Milt Weichelt. Staff sent letters to the <br />property owners and attempted to make direct contact with each oWner. Mr. Mott is out of town for a <br />week due to a family emergency, Milt is out of town until May 20th, and staff left a voice mail message <br />wiff~ the I,amont's. Staff will verbally report any updates at the meeting. <br /> <br /> City Council also directed staffto begin working on cost estimates and intersection upgrade options <br /> both the south and north Old County Road 5 accesses.
