The subject property is 28 acres in-size and zoned R-1 Single Family. City Code <br />reslricts density to three units per acre or up to four units per acre through a PUD. The City <br />Council will be reviewing the applicant's request to rezone the property from R-1 to PUD <br />:;ubsequent to this case.
