Assistant Community Development Director Frolik advised that the City has received an <br />application from James and Cheri Waller for a conditional use permit to exceed the maximum <br />allowable square footage for accessory buildings on properties on the property located at 17937 <br />Fluorine St. NW. <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Frolik stated Staff believes that the additional <br />square fbotage requested by the applicant is reasonable and is recommending that the request be <br />approved with a condition that the sidewall height of the proposed accessory building be <br />restricted to a maximum of ten feet. <br /> <br />Pn blic }-[caring ~ <br /> <br />Assistam Chairperson Johnson called the publiq~eting <br /> <br />'l'here was no input. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Van Scoy, seconded bY'~'~i}~..~evine, to close the public <br /> <br />Motion Cart'ie~, Voting Yes: Assistant chai~afSon, jOMson, com~:i~;~ners-Van Scoy, Levine, <br />Brauer, and Shepherd.
